Oh Ronnie...so many years of working together I hardly know where to start. Most of all I will truly miss your smile. You were a hard worker and put up with a lot of crap from the empire.
I often wondered how you did it day after day and year after year although I have a feeling your tanq and tonics may have helped. I miss your infamous lumberjack breakfasts and your Yorkshire pudding. I will treasure the image of you doing the "who knew"...and you handing me your amazing brunch menus...I loved getting cards from you every year...I will never forget you. I will cherish our pictures... I will miss you...xoxo

Ronnie was an amazing chef who I had the honor to work with for many years. I truly adored him.
He had the most amazing smile, but I hardly got to see it because he was usually chasing me out of the kitchen with a spatula in his hand or giving me a look that I knew I better run out of the kitchen because a customer wanted to make changes to his Brunch Menu or I was asking to borrow something for the Cultured Elephant.
The Empire was a better place because of Ronnie and I will always hold a special place in my heart for him.
Aunt Ronnie, you will be forever missed.
All my love,
Karyn
