So sorry I couldn't be there to help celebrate Kathy's amazing life, but thankful Lisa could be. Kathy is an incredible person and many may not know that we had a few things in common.....including our love of sweets (desserts)! When others weren't looking we'd often sneak extra treats at family gatherings. From this day on I'll eat an extra cookie (or two) for you Kathy! We also were usually the designated drivers for our Scottaline spouses - who tended to save the food calories and indulge in their "liquid" desserts ; ) Earlier this year we all rented Segways (my first time) in Fort Meyers and had a blast! Whenever I see a Segway now - I'll think of you! As I write this and look at your photo, I'm going back and forth......tears......smile.....tears.....smile.....but mostly smiles! Thank you for showing us all how to be courageous and loving. Lisa and I will help watch over Michael, and I'll take over your designated driver responsibilities (whenever possible) from here on out. Until we meet again Sister-in-Law : )
