We only got to meet "Duke" a few times but we know his lovely Daughter Margaret to whom we send our sincere condolences for the loss of your Father. We are sorry we can not be there to celebrate his life but we will light a candle for him and think of him dearly over the next few days. With our love.

I caddied for Mr. King many, many times at Southward Ho Country Club---obviously this was quite a long time ago. I will always remember how kind and generous he was to me and the way he treated everyone. I'm also the guy that sold his son that '62 Jaguar, which was some days a great car----when it actually ran. RIP.

Duke, through out my life, you have been a key role model and inspiration: strength, intelligence, and truth, and always with a smile and twinkle in your eye. You helped me when I was in trouble and never passed judgement. You will always be my hero.

Fondly remembering our family visits to the King's house in Brightwaters! Lots of laughter, stories and drinking tea around the kitchen table with our loving Nana, Aunt Peg, Uncle Duke, Mom and Dad. May they all Rest In Peace and enjoy their reunion in God's loving care. To our cousins, please take care of each other during this time and may you find peace, joy and comfort in those fond memories of your dad. Keep them close in your hearts. Love you all, the Dugan's.
