William "Bill" Guterwill

William “Bill” Guterwill:  November 11, 1932 – May 24, 2026

Bill passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Sheboygan, WI.

Born on November 11, 1932, to the late Isidore and Clara (Kammerer) Guterwill in Bronx, NY, that is also where he met his late wife, Maryellen (Dionne) Guterwill. They were married on July 1, 1953, and raised four children in Bay Shore, NY.

Bill was a US Army Veteran having served his country during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by daughters; Donna (George) Tweedy and Linda (John) Dier, and brother Richard Guterwill of Sayville, NY and his loving friend, Bonnie Gerber.  He is also survived by five grandchildren; Amanda, Adam, Andy, Brian and Alicia, as well as nine great grandchildren; Ryan, Kelsie, Sophie, Layla, Lily, Callie, William, Hanna and Emma. He leaves behind many family and friends in New York and Sheboygan.

Bill was preceded in death by wife Maryellen, children; Jean and William, and grandson Timothy.

Family will receive visitors Sunday, June 7th, from 2-5 p.m., at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Montauk Hwy., West Sayville. Committal service will be Monday, June 8th, 11:00 a.m. at Calverton National Cemetery.
