Vincent A. Castano

Vincent A. Castano, 83, of Sayville, LI, died suddenly on January 8, 2025.  Raised in Astoria, Queens, Vincent moved out to Bellmore, Long Island as a teenager and graduated from Mepham High School and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Adelphi College.  He served in the US Marine Corp.

Mr. Castano is survived by his two children, Steven of Maryland and Melinda Antonoff and her husband Michael of East Northport, two grandchildren, Jordyn and Olivia, his two sisters, Rosemary D’Antoni and her husband Joseph and Carolyn Farinella and her husband Paul, all of Sayville, as well as his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Gregory, Christine, Kimberly, Paul and Lindsay, and his grand-nieces and nephews, Michael, Jack, Elizabeth, Julia and Quinnton.

Friends and relatives will gather on Saturday, January 11th, 2-6 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in Bayport where military honors will be rendered at 5 p.m.
