Vijayaben Jani

Vijayaben Jani, 95, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 19th, 2021 in the presence of family, in Smithtown, New York. Born March 7th, 1926 in Giyod, Gujarat, India, she was the daughter of the late Govardhandas and late Jadiben Trivedi.  Vijayaben was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was known for her gregariousness, her warm smile, and her spiritual devotion. Her strength and courage knew no bounds. Her zest for life was contagious and inspiring to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her children, Aruna, Ashok, Geeta, Indira and Bharat, who she shared with the late Bhogilal Jani, their spouses, as well as her 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Manoj. May her memory be a blessing for everyone whose lives she touched.
