Thomas Francis Duignan, a resident of West Islip for 38 years, passed away on November 7, 2024, a day before his 73 birthday. Born to Edward & Margaret Duignan and raised in Astoria, Tom went on to have a 34 year career with the New York State Park Police and retired as Detective Sergeant. In his spare time he loved to fish off of his boat and watch football, but most of the time he was helping his daughter with projects around her house. He was a great husband and the best father and would be the first to lend a hand to anyone that needed it.
He is survived by his wife Rosemarie and his daughter Danielle Duignan.
