Theresa Gallagher

Theresa “Terry” Gallagher a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend passed away on December 4, 2024.

Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her beloved mother Irene, sister Debra, her children  Christi, Jenny, and Michele, her four grandchildren Kayla, Rocky, Kaylee, and Chloe, and her many aunts, uncles, and friends. She lived for her family and to take care of her grandchildren. 

She is joined in rest with her father Ed “poppy”, brother Edward, long life partner and friend chip, and many other loved ones throughout her life.

Services will be held on December 9,2024 from 3pm-7pm. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome. 

Theresa’s loss is deeply felt by her immense family and all those who knew and loved her. Her memory will continue to live on in those whose lives she touched.

Visitation- Monday December 9, 2024 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at our West Sayville Funeral Home, 245 Main St.

Chapel Service- Monday December 9, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at our West Sayville Funeral Home, 245 Main St.
