Theodore E. Dunham

Theodore E. Dunham, 63, of Blue Point, LI, died on March 17, 2020.  A lifelong resident of the area, Teddy graduated from Bayport-Blue Point High School and went on to earn his Bachelors’ Degree at SUNY Brockport.  He worked for more than ten years for Newsday and more recently as a health care aide for Developmental Disabilities Institute.

Mr. Dunham is survived by his mother, Genevieve, by his three siblings, Kathleen Vollumuth and her husband Jeff of Blue Point, Patricia Brush and her husband George of Blue Point and Kevin Dunham and his wife Christine of Mt. Sinai, as well as his nieces and nephews:  Ryan, Erin, Lauren, Kyle, Meagan and Stephanie.  He was predeceased by his father, Theodore, in 2002.

Family gathered for a private Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Snow RC Church in Blue Point.  Interment followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  A public celebration of Teddy’s life will be held at a later date.
