Steven Farrell

Steven Farrell, 51, of West Sayville, New York, died on Sunday, July 4, 2021.  Born and raised in Glen Cove, Steven graduated from Glen Cove High School and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree at Kean University in New Jersey.  Steven was a retired NYPD Sergeant and worked in security in the Sayville School District since his retirement.

Sgt. Farrell is survived by his wife, Susan, his two daughters, Ryan and Shannon, as well as his mother, Barbara of Bayville.  He was predeceased by his father, Louis and by his brother, John.

Friends and relatives will gather on Friday, July 9th, 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 10th at St. Lawrence RC Church in Sayville and a private cremation will follow.
