Robert T. Shaughnessy

Robert T. Shaughnessy, age 70, resident of West Sayville, LI., died August 10, 2025. Robert is a retired NYPD Lieutenant. He enjoyed golfing and fishing.

Robert is survived by his wife Karen Murphy, his daughters Brigid Shaughnessy and her partner Robert Quigley, Kate Kuczynski and her husband Dennis Simola, his sisters Theresa, Christine Jeandebra, Kathy and his brother Kevin.

Family will receive visitors on Saturday, August 16th 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Hwy West Sayville. Chapel service will begin at 3:30 p.m. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation 2361 Hylan Blvd. Staten Island, NY 10306.
