It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Robert (Bobby) Bradley, who left us on January 3, 2026, at the age of 68. Bobby was the cherished first son of Robert and June Bradley, and he was one of seven siblings. Born in Bronx, New York, on December 1, 1957, Bobby was renowned for his kindness, compassion, and love for music.
Growing up in Oakdale, NY, Bobby enjoyed spending time with family, especially during the holidays. He graduated from Connetquot High School in 1976, demonstrating his dedication to education and personal growth. Later in life, Bobby relocated to the Albany area, where he pursued higher education and earned an Associate in Science degree from Hudson Valley Community College. This achievement was a significant milestone for him, reflecting his perseverance and commitment to self-improvement. With this degree, he worked as a patient advocate, helping others selflessly. Throughout his life, Bobby's warmth and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone he knew, and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and June Bradley. He is survived by his siblings Jeanne, Kathy, Tricia, Brian, John, and Johanna.
He will be remembered for his generous spirit, resilience, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His memory will continue to inspire all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed but fondly remembered. Bobby will be laid to rest at St. Lawrence Cemetery in Sayville. It will be a private committal for family only.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the East End Hospice Center in Westhampton, NY, at eeh.org, in Robert M. Bradley’s name. https://eeh.org/ways-to-give/donate/
The family thanks you for your love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
