It is with tremendous sadness, that we announce the passing of Richard Leuenroth Sr.. He is survived by his wife Carolyn, his children and their spouses; Darlene and Richard Kamping, Richard Jr and Rosemary Leuenroth, Dorothy and Anthony Elliott, Ernest and Heike Leuenroth and Grand Children; Kenneth, Kevin, Kristine, Richard III, William, Anthony, Charles and Christian.
For those of you who had the pleasure of knowing him, either in childhood or life long, you knew that he was smart, kind, gentle spoken and always willing to lend a hand, even when it became hard for him to do so. He was a dedicated husband of 60 years and father to more than just his own children in years past. He strived to teach what he knew to anyone who wanted the knowledge. He was a man of faith, truth and fairness. He taught us patience, and the difference between right and wrong. He was a true family man, always wanting to be involved or in attendance at his grandchildren's activities and family functions. He was always happy to see those who came through his door. The last 5 years or so, he fought a myriad of illnesses. He fought them well. But now it's his time to rest because his body was too tired to go on. I know many understand the sadness. We will figure it out. For now, we only wish peace for him. Rest in peace, Dad. We Love You!
