Raymond Diemer, 64, a twenty-year resident of East Patchogue, LI, died on Christmas Day. Born and raised in Levittown, Ray graduated from Holy Trinity High School in Hicksville. He worked for many years with the NYPD in narcotics and anti-crime before retiring as a sergeant.
Mr. Diemer is survived by his wife, Stephanie, his two children, Madeline and Raymond, as well as his two brothers, Alan and his wife Rachel of Bayport and Barry and his wife Joanne of Blue Point, and his two dogs, Sailor and Pirate Salty Paws. He was predeceased by his brother John.
Friends and relatives will gather at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 30th for a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Snow RC Church in Blue Point. Interment will follow at St. Ann’s Cemetery in Sayville.
