Patricia E. (Kinsey) Castellani

Patricia E. Castellani, nee Kinsey, 77, of Baiting Hollow, NY, died on Sunday, October 13, 2024.  Raised in Sayville, Patricia was one of six children of the late Donald and Catherine Kinsey.  She graduated from Sayville High School and went on to earn her Bachelors Degree at Stony Brook University and her Masters Degree at Catholic University.  Patricia was a longtime English teacher at Wantagh High School.  She was an avid boater and loved her time on the water.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Robert in 2014.  She is survived by her five siblings, Donald (Margaret) Kinsey, Mary Lou (Robert) Homestead, Kathleen (Robert) Gerdts, David (Mary) Kinsey and Andrew (Susan) Kinsey, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives will gather on Thursday, October 17th, 4-7 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville where a service will be held at 6 p.m.  Family will gather for a committal service on Friday, October 18th at 12 noon at Sayville Union Cemetery.
