Michael F. Canlon

Michael “Ace” Canlon, 69, a resident of West Sayville, NY since 1980, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.  Born and raised in Staten Island, Michael worked for 35 years as an Elevator Mechanic with the IUEC Local 1.

Mr. Canlon is survived by his wife of 43 years; Christine, his two children; Matthew Canlon of Patchogue and Allyson Badolato and her husband Jason of Sayville, his three grandchildren; Avianna, Brody and Connor, as well as his sister; Jean Pemberton and her husband John of West Sayville and two brothers; Billy and Tommy Canlon, both of Staten Island.  He was predeceased by his two sister; Frances and Sharon and his brother; Robert.

Friends and relatives will gather on Sunday, September 10th, 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville where a religious service will be held at 8 p.m.  A private cremation will follow.
