Forever In Our Hearts

Maria Rinaldi passed away on Thursday, December, 17, 2020 at age 79.

She was a truly selfless, devoted, loving and humble Mother to Donna Marie, Anthony and Ann Marie, and proud Grandmother to Michael Passalacqua... as well as Wife, Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and Friend.  Maria (nee Falsetta) was born and raised in Brooklyn and went to All Saints Commercial High School where she graduated in 1959 with honors.  She married Anthony Rinaldi September 1, 1963 and moved to Sayville in 1965, where she remained in the same home until her passing.
After Anthony's death in 1974 at the early age of 35, she worked tirelessly and sacrificed everything in life to provide for not only her children and grandson, but her entire family.

She deserved so much more in life, and even more so in her death.  We will always love you, cherish the time we had with you, and the happiness and joy you brought to so many.  Rest Peacefully Now That You Are Surely In Heaven.
 

Friends and relatives will gather Thursday, January 7th, 7-9:30 p.m. and Friday, January 8th, 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 p.m. at our West Sayville funeral home.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 9th, 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence RC Church, Sayville.  Interment to follow at the parish cemetery.
