Linda S. O'Connell

Linda S. O’Connell, 68, of Sayville, NY, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025.  Linda was a lifelong resident of Sayville and a Sayville High School graduate.  She was an avid golfer and longtime member of Bellport Country Club, where she was a former club champion.  Linda also loved gardening.

Mrs. O’Connell is survived by her husband Dennis, three sons; Steven and his wife Robyn of Florida, Mark and his wife Melissa of Sayville and Kevin and his wife Kristin, also of Sayville, her six grandchildren; Peyton, Brayden, Navy, Mackenzie, Kayleigh and Ryan, as well as her siblings; Sherry Simpson and her husband Thomas of Sayville, and Charles “Chip” Darmstadt and his wife Alisa of Vermont.  She was predeceased by her son, Christopher in 2000.

Friends and relatives will gather on Friday, February 14th, 4-8 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville.  A private cremation will follow.
