Interment to follow at Bohemia Union Cemetery.

Beloved son of Joy and the late Dr. Samuel Mathews. Loving brother of Susan (Paul) Murphy of West Sayville, Leslie (Jeena) Mathews of Georgia and Lordly (Cami) Mathews of Coram. Proud uncle of Danielle, Amy and Abigail.
