Born December 12, 1953, Kevin M. Tisch lived his life to the beat his own drum. A lover of fishing and avid sports fan, he enjoyed most of all those moments of fun and joy spent with friends and family. Kevin also took pride in his toughness, serving as a New York State Trooper and proudly working for 40 years as a unionized Steam Fitter at Brookhaven National Lab. Despite this toughness, Kevin also had a soft spot, especially for his beloved wife Diane and his four children, Michael, Sean, Erin, and Kristen. He continued to show that love to his many grandchildren late into his life as he struggled against the heart disease that would eventually take him. Though so many more words could be said on his behalf, for now we say Sláinte: cheers to a life well lived and health to him in his life after life. He will be missed dearly.
