Katherine M. Holzmann

Katherine Marie Holzmann of Ronkonkoma, NY went to heaven on December 24, 2024 at age 94.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 7, 1930 to her parents Anthony Jacob & Margaret Berge.  Katherine was the oldest of six children.  After graduating high school Katherine worked for the New York Telephone Company where she met Neil J. Holzmann.  They were married on May 15, 1954.  She was the beloved wife of the late Neil J. Holzmann.  She was the loving Mother of Neil (predeceased), Eileen (Anthony) Fontana, William, Christine and Jimmy (Robert).  She was the cherished Grandmother of Michael and Brian.  Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024 3-7 pm at Raynor D’Andrea Funeral Home West Sayville, NY 11796.  A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph RC Church Ronkonkoma, NY.  Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre  Cemetery in Coram, NY.  In lieu of flowers donations in Katherine’s memory may be made to the Foundation for the Blind Guide Dogs, Smithtown NY.
