John S. Belzak Jr., 94, a lifelong resident of Patchogue, passed away with family by his side on January 14, 2025. John was born on March 10, 1930 to John and Anna Belzak in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
John worked as a carpenter for Clear View Plate glass for many years and also built his beautiful house on West Lake. He was also very active in the Village of Patchogue and served on the Zoning Board.
After retiring, John loved to travel all over the world with his wife Jane, for whom he was married for 62 years. He loved his family and their friends and loved to have a good time.
John is survived by his four children and their spouses, Debbie (Dominick), Gregory (Vikki), Brooke (Colleen), Bennett (Judy), daughter in-law Susanne, son in-law Kevin, his eight grandchildren, and his thirteen great grand children. He is predeceased by his loving wife Jane, son John III, daughter Jodi, sister Camilla, and his brother Stanley.
