Henry J. Knoepffler

Knoepffler, Henry J. “Hank”, of Bayport, N.Y., left this life on July 1st, 2018 after 88 years.  Beloved husband of the late Elaine. Devoted father of Jim (Lisanne) of Ridgewood, NJ, Peter (Jackie) of Blue Point, and Susan (Christine) of Bayport.  Loving grandfather of Alyssa (Kenny), Kate (Joe), Michael (Nicky), and Callie (Kiel), and great grandfather of Julian.  Hank worked proudly for LILCO for 45 years.  He was a member of the Bayport Fire Dept. and also served as President of the Bayport school board.  He was very involved in his beloved Church of St. Ann’s, serving as Warden and Eucharistic Minister. 

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5th, from 2-4:30 and 7-9 pm at Raynor and D’Andrea funeral home, West Sayville, NY.  A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday at 10:30am at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in Sayville and interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
