Helen Regnier, 97, of Sayville, passed away on February 7, 2026. She is survived by her children Barbara (Victor), Donald (Lore), Stephen (Jane), nine grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert, with whom she shared 68 years of marriage.
Helen was known for her spirited personality and her unwavering devotion to her family. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, especially finding joy in working alongside them. A great cook, a fierce card player who loved to win, an avid reader, and an enthusiastic dancer, Helen lived life to the fullest.
Helen’s legacy of love, strength, and hard work will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered with love, laughter, and gratitude for the lessons she imparted through her actions and her heart.
Family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 12th from 4-7pm at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Montauk Highway, West Sayville. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 13th at 10am at St. Lawrence RC Church in Sayville, followed by interment at Calverton National Cemetery.
