As one of the founding partners of the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) Harvey Litwin represented the careers of such top performers as the Doors, Jefferson Airplane and Janice Joplin during the early years of the rock era in American entertainment. As the Agency expanded its operation, he moved on to represent the comedy team of Rowen & Martin and their hit TV show "Laugh In", Harry Belafonte, Steve Martin, Steven Wright and Johnny Cash. Prior to his retirement from the agency business he was instrumental in bringing the hit show "Home Improvement" to TV. The show is now in worldwide syndication. Mr. Litwin remained a Senior Consultant to APA.
