Genevieve C. Hasemann

Genevieve C. Hasemann, age 66, longtime resident of Bayport, LI., died on October 31, 2023. Genevieve was special in many ways. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and friend.  She graced so many with her talent and creativity. Being compassionate, thoughtful, and selfless was something that came naturally to her, and she truly enjoyed giving back to the community. Her ability to make you laugh when you least expect it, and her strength is something that shines to this day. Genevieve’s time on earth touched the lives of many, and now her angelic spirit will continue to inspire from above.

Genevieve is survived by her husband John of 47 years, her children John and his wife Monique, Gregory and his wife Meghann, Steven and his wife Lillian, Meagan Hasemann, Kathryn Bradley and her husband Justin, her eleven grandchildren, her siblings Geraldine Fromm and her husband Jerry, Matthew Bernard and his wife Johanna, Margaret Hayes, Annie Termini and Elizabeth Bernard.

Family will receive visitors on Friday, November 3rd 2 – 4:30 & 7 – 9:30 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 683 Montauk Hwy. Bayport. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 4th 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snow RC Church 175 Blue Point Ave. Blue Point. Interment to follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Sayville.
