Francine Rose Cooke, Age 80 of Oakdale, NY
Born on Groundhog’s Day, 2/2/44 in Queens, NY and died on 1/29/25
Francine; a devoted wife, beloved mother, adored grandmother, loving sister, dear aunt, and generous friend to many.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Thomas, her daughter Ali and son-in-law Gregg, son Thomas, daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Vinny, daughter-in-law Pamela, her three granddaughters Shelby, Gianna and Sophia, her sister Martha, and brother Carmine.
Francine loved her family beyond measure. Her greatest joys in life were baking and being a mom and grandma. Her granddaughters were her prized possessions and she always spoiled them with love and affection. She was also an amazing baker who took pride in her talent and enjoyed surprising friends and family with her delicious, sweet treats.
Francine’s legacy will live on through her family, who will carry on her traditions and will take solace in all of the memories she helped to create. We know she is watching over us all from heaven and is most likely baking something yummy for all of the angels.
