Eleanor Frey O'Boyle

Eleanor Frey O’Boyle, age 83, resident of Bonita Springs, FL., formerly of Sayville and Lindenhurst died on January 31, 2025. Eleanor was a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in Gerontology and was a Nurse Educator for most of her career.

Eleanor is survived by her children Anita O’Boyle and her husband Todd, Edward O’Boyle and his wife Hope, Denise O’Boyle Pennisi, Christopher O’Boyle, Thu Nguyen, and her grandchildren Kristen, Meredith, Aidan, Duncan, and Ethan. She was predeceased by her husband Bernard in 2014.

Family will receive visitors Friday, March 7th 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Hwy. West Sayville. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 8th 9:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence RC Church 240 W. Main St. Sayville. Interment to follow in parish cemetery.
