Donald Richard Lundt

Donald R. Lundt of Manhattan and Sandwich, MA, devoted husband of Mary Ellen and loving father of Max, died April 29, 2023 on Long Island. Donald, who was born in Waukegan, Illinois, he served in the navy for four years and lived for several years in Rhode Island and Indiana working in sales. He graduated from Hofstra with a BA and was employed as a marine engineer for Military Sealift Command (MSC), Moran Towing and the Army Corps of Engineers. He was an avid sailor with a strong  love of the sea. Donald, who was always ready for a  good conversation, was known for his honest,  hard working nature,  generous spirit and  strong, loyal friendship to those who knew him. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Memorial Visitation- Monday May 8, 2023 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at our Bayport Funeral Home, 683 Montauk Hwy.

Funeral Mass- Tuesday May 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snow R.C. Church, Blue Point
