Dennis Patrick Graham

Dennis Patrick Graham, age 72, resident of Fresh Meadows, died on April 2, 2026.

Dennis is survived by his children; Dennis Jr. and his wife Tara, and Kevin and his wife Ashley, his grandchildren; Skylar, Tenarie, Lillie, Harper, Patrick, C.J., and Greyson, his siblings; Billy and his wife Nancy, Michael and his wife Diane, and Trish Cassidy and her husband James, and his former wife of 32 years, Gail Graham.

Family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 9th from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Highway West Sayville. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 10th at 10 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene RC Church in Bohemia.

In lieu of flowers, donations to United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island in Dennis’ name would be appreciated.
