Daniel G. McConnell, age 88, resident of Patchogue, LI., formerly of Oakdale, LI., died peacefully on March 13, 2026.

Daniel is survived by his wife of 64 years Dorothy, his children Daniel, Maureen Danzi and her husband Robert, Coleen Orenstein and her husband Dennis, Christine Lapine and her husband James, Michael and his wife Eileen, his grandchildren Jamie, Bobby, Dominick, Aja, and Jake.

Family will receive visitors Sunday, March 15th 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Hwy. West Sayville. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 16th 11:15 a.m. at St. Lawrence RC Church 240 W. Main St. Sayville. Cremation private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project
