Funeral Mass - 11:15 a.m. Thursday August 8th, at St. Lawrence the Martyr RC Church, Sayville, NY.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Hofmeister, her children, Devon and Liam Hofmeister, her brother Kevin, her sibling-in-laws, Eileen, Karen, Marty, Stephen, and Jenny, and her nieces and nephews, Reese, Tyler, Greg, Tommy, Peter, Eric, Jonathan and Katie.
