Christopher Lee Costelloe

Christopher Lee Costelloe, beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandson, son- and brother-in-law, nephew, cousin, and friend, passed away at the age of 34 on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

Christopher grew up in Blue Point, NY and attended Bayport-Blue Point schools. He was active in the community serving as a local sailing instructor and EMS volunteer, in addition to working for many years as an ocean lifeguard at Smith Point Beach. Christopher was passionate about skiing, surfing, hockey, sailing, and aviation, earning his private pilot license before graduating high school. He graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Economics before taking a position as an Equity Analyst with Birinyi Associates, Inc. He married his wife, Arielle, and together they traveled the world, finding joy and growing their love at each new destination. He then returned to Blue Point to start his family. Here, he lived a life of extraordinary goodness exemplified by his devotion to everyone around him…his family, friends, and community. He will be sorely missed. Christopher is survived by his wife, Arielle, his young daughter, Kirra, his parents, Lee and Noreen, his brother, Patrick, his grandparents, John and MaryAnn, his father- and mother-in-law, Ron and Ann, and his brother- and sister-in-law, RJ and Lexi.

Christopher’s funeral service will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 24th and 25th at Raynor and D’Andrea Funeral Home in Bayport, NY.
