Charlene Schneeberg

Charlene Schneeberg, age 94, a longtime resident of Sayville, passed away on October 21st, peacefully at home surrounded by her daughters, Cynthia and Kathryn.  Beloved wife of the late Harold.  Loving and devoted mother of Cynthia (Christopher) Smith, Kathryn Schneeberg and the late Lauren Schneeberg.  Charlene was also predeceased by her siblings, Gloria, Charles, Melinda and step-brother, Edward.  Aunt Chuckie or Tanta was blessed with many nieces and nephews whom she adored.  She lived her life with grace, dignity and kindness to all.  

Family and friends will visit, 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, West Sayille, where a religious service will be held at 6 p.m.  Family will gather at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Friday and interment will be at 11:30 a.m. at Union Cemetery, Sayville.
