Caroline Buss

Caroline Buss, 89, of Oakdale, LI, died on Monday, September 13, 2021.  A resident of Oakdale for more than fifty years, Caroline worked for many years with the Internal Revenue Service in Holtsville.

 Mrs. Buss was predeceased by her husband Samuel in 1978.  She is survived by her three children, Stephen of Oakdale, Richard and his fiance Claudia of Manorville, and Susan Thomas of Oakdale, two grandchildren, Taylor and Katie, as well as four siblings, Mary Jane Lazzaro, Sonia Raso and William and Robert Misa.

 Friends and relatives gathered on Sunday, September 19th, at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville.  A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, September 20th at St. John Nepomucene RC Church in Bohemia and interment followed at Long Island National Cemetery in Pinelawn.
