Carmella M. Williamson

Carmella M. Williamson, age 91, resident of Patchogue, died on October 2, 2025. Carmella was the head clerk of the Sayville Library for many years.

She is survived by her children Patricia and her wife Sheri Simon, Janet Vaughn and her husband David, Arlene Crane and her husband Matthew, Carolyn Gregory and her husband Richard, Edmund John and his wife Lizette, her grandchildren Kelly Kratman and her husband Josh, Richard Gregory, Christopher Redus, Catherine Devereux and her husband Michael, Kyra Barker and her husband Michael, Sydney DuPlessis and her husband Matthew, Jeremy Crane, Shannon Hamill and her husband Parker, and Johnny Williamson. Also loved by seven great garndchildren.

Carmella is predeceased by her husband Edmund and her son Gregory.

Family will receive visitors on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Highway West Sayville. A chapel service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Friends and family will gather Monday at the funeral home at 10:00 am for a 10:30 a.m. closing prayer. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
