Arthur E. Driscoll, Jr.

Arthur E. Driscoll, Jr.; age 90, longtime resident of Sayville died on November 17, 2022. Arthur coached CYO Basketball, enjoyed his boat The Lady Dee, fishing , swimming, reading both books and comics.  He was a great cook famous for his Poppy’s pickles, stuffed clams and quiche.  He was a big Knicks and Mets fan but most of all he loved and enjoyed his family. 

Arthur is survived by the love of his life Dolores of 67 years, his children; Dolores Collins and her husband Gerard, Mary Cassidy and her husband Vincent, Arthur and his wife Phyllis, Colleen Caravella and her husband John, Virginia Abel and her husband John, his grandchildren; Kathrynne, Gerard, Matthew, Erin, Kelly, Arthur, Emily, Olivia, Samantha, Alexandria and five great-grandchildren, his siblings; Marguerite Ferry and Roland Driscoll and his wife Muriel.

Family will receive visitors Monday, November 21st 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Hwy. West Sayville. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, November 22nd  10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence RC Church 240 West Main St. Sayville. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
