Anne T. Jones

Anne T. Jones, of Center Moriches, passed away on June 21 at the age of 77. A cherished mother, grandmother, family member, and friend, she was a source of joy to those around her, just as others were a source of joy to her.

Anne was strong-willed and resilient, facing life's challenges with determination, compassion, and grace. Even during difficult times, she remained focused on caring for those she loved and doing what needed to be done.

She was proud of her Irish heritage and carried that pride throughout her life. She also took pride in her work as a meat wrapper, a role she held for many years and approached with dedication and a strong work ethic.

Anne was a social butterfly who never met a stranger. She loved talking with people and listening to their stories, no matter the topic.

She was a caring woman who often put others before herself. Throughout her life, she cared for her mother, her husbands, children, her grandchildren, and her great grandchild. Yet she rarely wanted others to worry about her in return.

Anne found happiness in life's simple pleasures: a cup of tea, a game of cards, an evening game show, a lunch with others, and time spent with the people she loved. She appreciated the little things in life and reminded those around her that the little things often matter most.

She leaves behind her children, grandchildren, extended family, and the many people whose lives she touched during her time on this earth.

She was truly loved and will be dearly missed.

Visitation- Thursday June 25, 2026 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at our West Sayville Funeral Home, 245 Main St.

Chapel Service- Thursday June 25, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at our West Sayville Funeral Home, 245 Main St.

Interment- St. Charles Cemetery. Friends and family will gather at the funeral Friday June 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with a closing prayer at 10:30 a.m.
