Anna Campson, 89, a 50 year resident of Sayville, LI, passed away on May 1, 2020 at Bristol in Sayville. Born in 1931 in Brooklyn, Anna Graduated from High School top of her class and worked for the Sayville school district for over 20 years. Most of all she was a Mother and a friend to all she came in contact with.
Mrs. Campson is survived by her husband Nicholas F. Campson, four children, Richard Campson and his wife Debbie of California, Karen Cavanagh of Sayville, Susan Torsiello and her husband Larry of Bayport and Edwin Campson of Patchogue, as well as her six grandchildren, Keegan Campson (Kelly), Lindsay Clow (Patrick), Laura Torsiello, Kelly Cavanagh, Graham and Katie Campson, and her three great grandchildren, Taylor and Kael Clow and Karter Campson. She was predeceased by her son Michael Campson in 2011.
Due to the current health crisis, services were private. A celebration of Mrs. Campson’s life will be celebrated at a later date.
