Ann Patricia Roth of Oakdale, NY passed away peacefully in her sleep at age 95, on November 29, 2024, at 9:45pm. She was surrounded by her entire family, who loved her very much.
Ann was born August 21,1929 in Hell’s Kitchen New York where she grew up with her sister Margaret, before moving to Bay Ridge Brooklyn. In June 1961 she moved to Long Island where she would spend the rest of her life raising and supporting the family that she loved more than anything else in the world.
She was a devoted mother of five (James, Jeanne, William, Barbara and Carolyn), an adoring grandmother to eight (Jason, Jessica, Megan, Robert, Mallory, Samantha, Bryan and Thomas), an affectionate great grandmother of 12 (Alexis, Justin, Connor, Dylan, Tavian, Isla, Rowan, Harrison, Hanna, Jack, Charlie and James) and an admiring Great-Great Grandmother to Carter.
Ann’s impact on the family she held so dear cannot be overstated. She was a beautiful soul that lived a full and purposeful life. She was devoted to her friends and her church, and above all else, and with every part of her being, loved the family that brought her so many fond memories and a life full of joy.
Ann will forever be missed by us all and will live on in our hearts and prayers for the rest of our lives. She will never be forgotten, and we will always love who she was, and what she meant to our family.
