Anders Nathanael Hart

Anders Nathanael Hart, age 11, of Patchogue, passed away on April 17, 2022. Beloved son of Alex and Ami. Loving brother of Ellie, Nico, and Liam. Nephew, cousin, grandson, and friend to many.  Visitation will be at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville, Monday April 25 from 7-9:30 pm and Tuesday the 26th from 2-4:30. Chapel service Tuesday evening 7:30 pm at the Funeral Home. All who cared for Anders are welcome at the visitation and chapel service. Interment Wednesday April 27th at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Patchogue for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anders’ memory to the Brookhaven Animal Shelter would be greatly appreciated.
