Alicia J. Ryan

Alicia J. Ryan, 64, a long time resident of Long Island, NY, died on January 9, 2022.

Miss Ryan is survived by her 4 sisters and brothers-in-law; Kathleen Baron and her husband, Howard of Oakdale; Mary Beth Fowler and her husband, Christopher, of Pennsylvania; Maureen Laury and her husband, DelMar of North Carolina; and Jennifer McEvoy and her husband, Dan of Pennsylvania: and Nelson Lanza of Oakdale. Miss Ryan was predeceased by Jane R. Ryan (mother), Robert F. Ryan (father), Jane R. Lanza (sister), Amy R Baron (niece) and Jimmy Vitale (fiance). The legacy of Alicia’s generous spirit, especially to her 9 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and great nephews will always be remembered. Her love of family and caring heart lends truth to the way she lived her life. Alicia travelled in the last 8 months to visit family and made memories for all of us moving forward. She had a love of the beach and ocean and spent many summers enjoying family vacations at Jones Beach and Ocean City MD.

Alicia was born in Freeport, NY and grew up in Massapequa Park. She attended St. Rose of Lima Parochial School, Massapequa; and St. John the Baptist, West Islip. For over 30 years Alicia travelled on the LIRR to various jobs in NYC and for the last 10 years she was a valued member of Marshall Fine Arts, Deer Park. She truly loved her “Marshall Family.”
