Alice P. Postupack

On the second day of Christmas (December 26th 2025), angels lifted the soul and spirit of Alice P. Postupack into God’s arms. Though born and raised in Tamauqa Pennsylvania, Alice (“Pat”) Postupack resided for more than 22 years in Sayville, NY with her husband, Daniel. They raised  5 children in this beautiful community, then moved to Melbourn Florida for the next chapters of their lives. Pat was an active member at St. Lawrence RC Church while in New York and Holy Name RC Church while in Florida. She loved playing golf with dad and “the ladies" at Suntree Country Club. She was creative and helped with beutification of both Tortoise Island and The Suntree communities. She believed in raising funds and supporting local organizations including the church, Brevard Symphany Orchestra, Gensis House for unwed mothers, and Woman’s Catholic Charities.

“Pat”,  is survived by her five children, Daniel (wife - Patty) of Connecticut, Duane (his late wife Nina) of Kingston, NY, Denise Fliedner (husband - Jim) of Sayville, Dirk  (wife - Maria) of Pennsylvania and Deidre of Sayville, and Billy, the son mom and dad chose (wife  - Linda) of Virginia Beach, Va. as well as her brother Edward Zatoris of Florida. She had eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband Daniel, her parents, her brothers Jerome and Buzz, and sister Teddi and by her precious daughter-in-law Nina.

Family and friends will gather on Friday,  January 9, 2025 at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville from 4pm-8pm.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 10, 2025 at St. Lawrence RC Church in Sayville at 9:30 a.m.
