Aimee Marie Cornacchio, age 31, resident of Oakdale, died on March 9, 2025.
Aimee was born and raised in Massachusetts where she attended North Middlesex High School in Townsend. Following high school, Aimee moved to California where she met her future husband Nick.
The two moved to Denver where Aimee attended medical assistant school. Colorado is where she got engaged and then got married in Massachusetts in 2016. Aimee and Nick had two children, Dominic and LillyAnn, before moving to Long Island and having their third child, Nicholas Jr.
Aimee loved spending time doing arts and crafts, painting, yoga and gardening, especially with her daughter. She was a fighter and will be remembered for her strong will, spontaneity, as well as her kind heart.
Aimee is survived by her husband, Nicholas, her children Dominic, LillyAnn, and Nicholas, Jr., her parents Gregory and Donna Shattuck and her sister Lynn Barrett and her wife Shannen.
Family will receive visitors Friday, March 14th 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home 683 Montauk Hwy. Bayport. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
