Agnes Ambrosio

Agnes Ambrosio, 92, of Sayville, LI, died on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.  A resident of Sayville since 1941, Agnes graduated from Seton Hall High School.  She went onto nursing school and worked as a Registered Nurse at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Queens.

Mrs. Ambrosio was predeceased by her husband Sebastian “Buster” Ambrosio in 2000.  She is survived by her four children, Patricia Williams and her husband Christopher of Connecticut, Daniel Ambrosio and his wife Kathy of Sayville, Steven Ambrosio and his wife Helen of Bayport and Theresa O’Neil and her husband Brian of Sayville, as well as her ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends and relatives will gather on Sunday, January 22nd, 2-4:30 & 7-9:30 p.m. at Raynor & D’Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 23rd at 10 a.m. at St. Lawrence RC Church in Sayville and interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
