Funeral Mass:  Saturday, November 30th, 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snow RC Church, Blue Point.

Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.

Thomas J. Walker, 91, of Blue Point, LI, died on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. A US Army veteran, Thomas served in Italy during World War II.  Mr. Walker was a longtime resident of Long Island and worked for many years as an operating engineer with the Long Island Railroad.

Mr. Walker was predeceased by his wife, Joan.  He is survived by his two daughters, Patti Rowland and her husband, Howie of Blue Point and Laura Rooney and her husband Kerry of Patchogue, six grandchildren, Erinn, Megan, Shannon, Kyle, Kayla, and Molly, as well as six great grandchildren, Reilly, Quinn, Teagan, Maddie, Logan and Kellan.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Our Lady of the Snow Parish Outreach, 175 Blue Point Avenue, Blue Point, New York 11715, would be greatly appreciated.
