Ray was such a pleasant face each summer when we visited Montauk. My fiancé and I are from Jersey, and he always mentioned his daughter living in NJ and spoke of her with such happiness. Ray was a very sweet man. Condolences

So sorry too hear about Ray’s passing.
It was a pleasure to know him
I tried to get all his food orders right when he was one of my customers at J. Kings and DiCarlo Food Service

Dear Eileen & family,
We are so sorry to hear about Ray's passing. We frequented Manuccis in Montauk for breakfast and dinner. We would talk to you both about our home town, New Hyde Park where Ray grew up. We miss our days at Manuccis and so does our friends on the dock at the Montauk Yacht Club. May you find comfort in your family and friends during this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely, Angela and Frank Amato

My most sincere condolences to the members of Ray's lovely family and his circle of close friends. I have not remained in contact, nor have I kept up with Ray's life since high school, but recollections of his antics and his character contributed a bright, positive light to my memories of Jr & Sr. HS in NHP. I am thankful for his life and for having known him, even so long ago. I will be remembering Ray and his loved ones in my prayers

We are saddened to know Ray is no longer with us. He was a nice person and a funny man with a joke always, had time for a chat though busy running around at restaurant, when we saw him
at any and all of the Manucci's locations through the years. We had such a great time working with Ray and his lovely Eileen at Shark Shack with son in law Joe too. A special time for us and Montauk karaoke. Intimate setting. What fun nights we had every Friday for those years. Taken too soon, Ray. You will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Eileen and to your near and extended family. Ray was a good and decent man who lived life with kindness and humor. I have such fond memories of him at the helm of Manucci's.
I cannot attend the visitation or the funeral, but I will pause during these times to think of Ray and join in spirit with those who mourn him.
