I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Ralph at JFK Airport. We went to Basic Inspector school at Geogetown University in Washington, D.C. in February 1978. John Khanzian and Tommy Bottone were in the same class. We all had a fun time together at school. Those were the days. It was great working with him through the years at JFK. Ralph spoke his mind and he was usually right. He was a funny guy and made me laugh. He was very dedicated to his job. He loved his family very much. Ralph will be missed by me and many others. May you rest in peace.

It was an honor and pleasure to learn the Customs Inspector's job from a great Inspector whether in the cargo rooms or the passenger terminals. May you rest in peace.

RIP Ralph. It was a pleasure to learn the Customs Inspector job from you and I am honored to call you a friend. You were a great person to work with and I enjoyed the time spent working those cargo rooms with you. God bless. Retired Atlanta Director Field Operations Reginald Manning

Rest in peace Ralph. You were a great Inspector and friend. I remember us car pooling from Washington D.C. during Inspector's School and driving back and forth in severe snow storms just to see our families .
