Chapel Service- Wednesday March 14, 2018 at 12 Noon at our West Sayville Funeral Home, 245 Main St.

Interment- Beth Moses Cemetery, Farmingdale

Our celebration of Patti's life will continue immediately following the services at the cemetery, and then starting at 12 Noon on Thursday March 15, Friday March 16, and Saturday March 17, 2018 at the family's home at 5 Arlene St., Farmingville, NY 11738.
