Funeral Service:  Wednesday, March 13th, 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Interment to follow at Sayville Union Cemetery.

Myra Rowland, 96, of Sayville, died on March 9, 2019.   A lifelong resident of Sayville, Mrs. Rowland graduated from Sayville High School in 1939.  She owned and operated both, Rowland & Sons grocery store, as well as Sayville Wine & Spirits, alongside her late husband, Walter.

Mrs. Rowland is survived by her three children, Gary and his wife Karen of Bohemia, Kenneth and his wife Laura of West Sayville and Kathleen LaManna of Florida, as well as her ten grandchildren, Kathy, Michele, Gary, Danielle, Michael, Steven, Bryan, Karen, Ray and Russell, and her eighteen great grandchildren, Ashley, Bryan, Taylor, Lauren, Addison, Payton, Averie, Danica, Preston, Samantha, Adrian, Katrina, Andrea, Meah, Ty, Lane, Wyatt and Ryan.
